The public pages and interactive exercises at qexudalim.pro do not require payment. There is no public booking fee, subscription or checkout charge to cancel or refund.

Cancellation & refunds.
The public website is free to use. These principles apply only if a separately scoped paid coaching or mentoring service is offered and accepted in writing.
Public routes create no charge.
Using the field route, reading the notes or sending an enquiry does not create a paid order, subscription or coaching agreement.
No fee to ask
Sending an enquiry has no fee and does not guarantee a service. You may request withdrawal of an unaccepted enquiry by providing enough context to locate it.
Separate services need agreement
If a paid service is offered later, scope, price, session timing, delivery, cancellation timing and refund terms will be written down before the service begins.
Ask early
A cancellation request should be made promptly. Eligibility may depend on sessions already completed, reserved time and non-recoverable costs described in the written agreement.
Completed work is allocated
Completed sessions or delivered agreed material are generally not refundable unless the written agreement or mandatory consumer rights state otherwise.
Move a route when possible
A planned session may be rescheduled when notice and availability allow. Rescheduling may keep the same reserved appointment rather than create a refund.
Report the delivery context
If an agreed digital resource cannot be accessed because of a verified delivery fault, report the item, time and error so restoration or an appropriate alternative can be considered.
Include the written record
A request should identify the agreement, date, requested action and relevant timing. The written scope and mandatory rights will be reviewed before confirmation.
